This New Forest walk is perfect for taking your four-legged friends for a stroll as well as mountain biking and hiking. Generally considered an easy route, the 10.5km loop trail beginning near Lyndhurst will take you approximately 2hrs 36mins to complete, according to AllTrails.
The mostly flat scenic walk takes you through open land, lush forest, moorland, and heaths. There is plenty for you to see including the customary New Forest National Park selection of horses, ponies, mules, and more.
Unfortunately, the New Forest Reptile Centre is currently closed until July 23. The centre is a popular stop along the walk with special outdoor ‘pods’ providing homes for the exotic animals living there.
